There is nothing you can do to grow a new booty except gain weight and I know your friend probably doesn't want to do that, so I suggest that she invest in some really good jeans with properly placed pockets so that it gives the illusion of a bigger fanny. =)

Corn bread. Lol. Untill then she can try getting jeans that are tighter in the butt. A friend of mine has the same problem.

tell her to wear pants or shorts with pockets on the back, or she can eat alot of bread.
