i am a complete cowgirl and all my friends say it would be stupid to dress like a cow girl in our city wich is NOT country

If that's the way you dress and have always dressed, then girl work it! Who cares what people think..if that's how you wear clothes, and are comfortable in those clothes, then totally rock it! Plus more and more you can see subtle hint of western wear in fashion. Cowboy boots were all the rage this last fall and I suspect that it will be much the same. The tighter jeans, the thin linen long sleeve "western" style tops, I think you will be fine, before you know it your friends are going to be wearing designer versions of your clothes and you are going to have the last laugh!

I don't see a problem with it. That's who you are and what you're comfortable wearing. You don't have to dress up a certain way just because you live in the city. Have your friends looked around? Big cities are full of every kind of person out there. Don't be afraid to be unique and not follow the crowd. Be yourself. You'll be so much happier!

yeah its all right to dress like a gowgirl in a city, nobody should think that they can choose what you dress like besides to most guys its a complete turn-on be like ive become not to long ago and dont listen to what others think you should and should not do

i imagine it should be bizarre yet someone who in simple terms moved right here from Texas instructed me that of their old city you've been an outcast in case you probably did not dress like you defined. perchance you should flow there?

depends on the city. in nyc you can dress any way you want. in baghdad it's probably a different story.
