i get a piercing at a place that doesnt give them for free like a tattoo parlor instead of some place such as clairs that just gives them out for free and obviously has people with not as much experience?

claire's only pierces ears if you buy earrings, and they have to be trained to do it too.. so if you want your ears done, claire's is fine, anything else then you should probably go to a real piercing place.

get them where they are free and with someone who has an experience in piercing...

One it depends on what you are pirceing, If it is just your ears it shouldn't even matter. They aren't going to have a first timer do it.

Clares doesn't give them for free and it doesn't really matter anyway.
