how can i be more girly?

I get maybe one wear (sometime's two) out of all my pantyhose. How can I make them last for more wear without stretching to the point where I have old lady looking hose? What brand is best for lasting the longest? Thanks!

As is the case with most men I have bad fashion sense. Can anybody knowledgable in formal wear tell me what color shoes I can wear with a Navy Blue Suit? I thought black was ok, but a woman at work told me I should always wear brown. But the brown shoes just don't look right, I thought??? Please help.

Tomorrow is suposed to be 48 degrees and I'm wearing hole jeans or reg. jeans w/ a short sleeve shirt but i can't decide what type of shoe to wear. ~First, I do not want answers like "SKIN CANCER!", or "be proud of you freckles", or stuff like that.~

ANYWAY. I have freckles and I want to be tan, but I dont want millions more freckles. How do i get a tan??? Also, what make up would look good on a blonde with grey eyes and freckles? I dont want to use foundation or concealer, i havent used it before and i dont want to look totally fake. I like my freckles.. i guess.. not really , but i know i will learn to appreciate them.
