First, parties are always hot due to so many people in the room, so avoid any heavy clothing or you'll sweat.
Find a nice store like BCBG and get something light and sleeveless, maybe a thin-strapped party dress.
Besides having great music in its episodes, Sarah Michelle Gellar in Buffy The Vampire Slayer series wore some great outfits, as did Charisma Carpenter.

Don't get too dolled up, its just a dance party. I would wear a really nice pair of pants or a denim skirt and a slightly dressy top with a simple necklace and adorable flats. Girly and chic, yet not too dressy.

If its fancy wear something like a cute strapless dress with some pumps and a cute bag. If its not so fancy wear something that is casual but still sophisticated( I don't suggest a T-shirt and jeans with sneaks).

Nice pair of mini shoes, either dressy thonges or high heels, and a Nice halter neck top not to tight, in either Green, Red, Purple (those colours are in) Do your hair up with bits hanging out, hoop earings and a necklace

wear something comfortable that u can dance in. for example nice fitting jeans and a top with wat ever shoes u wanna wear. if ur gonna wear heels make sure they are really comfortable or else ur feet are going to be in pain the whole night.
