I bought a shirt and thought it would be cute to put a picture of my dog on the back. i used iron-on paper and it turned out well. it looked like the picture was peeling off so i decided to iron the edge a little but it ruined the whole picture. i want to remove it and do it over put i dont know how to take it off.

I have a pair of denim shorts; I think they're called cargo or something. They have camoflage design and pockets all over. Oh, by the way, these are mens shorts. They're about knee length. I can't find any in the stores this time of year so I was wondering is there a way to do some cutting and sewing to reduce the waist size from 34 to 32? I know how to sew and know some people who could help me. I just don't know if it's doable or if I should just wait til spring and by another pair.

My best fit shoe is a pair of converse size 2 1/2. What's worse is that I found them in the kid's shoe section. I'm not kidding. So, I'm asking for any places that sell cute shoes, like flats, online or in Houston.
