I'm a makeup artist so I know the dangers of tanning in the sun and beds but I'm uber pale and thinking of trying the mystic tan for color. Any feedback would be highly appreciated.

i've tried the mystic tan and i didn't have any problems with it. it's kind of cold! i prefer the tanning bed myself...i know...it's bad. but, it's one of my methods of relaxation.and at the same time...i'm getting tan! i'm sure you'll like the mystic though.

Check out the site below. I love using the Mystic. If you are nervous about it, they have clear and one with bronzer. The bronzer shows up immediately, which makes it easier to see when you are wiping it off after exiting the booth. But it may come off on your clothes. The clear doesn't have quite as potent of a smell...but is more difficult to wipe off, and may cause more streaks...which are mostly due to not applying the barrier cream correctly. The clear will not come off on your clothes, and will develop within usually 6-12 hours. Shave and exfoliate before you go, apply moisturizer (or the mystic products) to make your tan last longer. go with a level 1 to start with, and if you like it, try a level 2. Only really dark people, I've been told, use a 3.
Good luck!

I wish Caucasians would just be happy with their natural skin tone.
