contacts are okay, but they are alot more work than glasses. i had glasses until 9th grade, then my parents bought me contacts. well, i thought it was going to be cool and everything would be easier, but it's not...with glasses, you slip them on and walk out the door, with contacts, you have to fool around for 30 minutes sometimes trying to put them in. they get easier to put in and take out the longer you have them, but you also have to remember to clean them and take them out at night and alot of other things. and if they rip, they HURT!! i like my contacts, they are okay, but somedays, i would rather have glasses. and besides, glasses make you look more intelligent.

The question of whether or not contacts look better than glasses is quite subjective. I find, however for most glasses look good.

You also should take into account though, that contacts tend to be a more comfortable choice than glasses.

I find a lot of value in both. I like my contacts when I am not working at the computer, because it dries out and makes my eye tired. I only have to wear one!!! That is a perk, because when I buy a box they last forever! I prefer my glasses when I am at the office. I can take them off if need be, and they get dark quickly in the sun, so I don't have to pack sunglasses too. I take a real shine to both for different moods and reasons. You will too. Just practice with them for a while. You'll like them. Good luck Nana

I love wearing my contacts way more than glasses, i leave them in all day and cant even feel them. They are much more convenient since you don't have to remember them every time you go somewhere or lose or break them and they re pretty cheap. I use acuvue so I'm sure you can look on their website for info but your best bet would be to go to an optometrist who can examine your eyes and help explain your options more thoroughly. Hope this helps

Contacts may seem like a huge hassle at first, but if you get used to them they will be just as simple as glasses. Yes the first week or two you may spend a good part of your morning trying to get them in, but I've had mine for a year now and it takes me bout 20 seconds to put them in..

I love my contacts!!! Check with your eye doctor to see if there is any reason you can't wear them though, like cataracts. Also, they are more maintenance than eye glasses. You must take care of them because a torn or damaged contact could cause serious damage to your eyes.

it depends, try on glasses at the eye doctor and c how u look, plus contacts can irrate ur eyes so be careful choosing ur contacts, and pick a glasses style that matches ur face and ur outfits!

you should also compare contacts with lasik surgery and you won't need glasses. It has been done for some years now and I don't think I have heard a single bad thing about that.
