I need black shoes in store. Im goin to DC where it will be snowing so it has to keep me warm. Nyone seen any in old navy or something? I saw tan ones in Old navy but i need black.Does DSW have em? Oh and only suggest ones that are less than, or pretty close to 30 bucks. 50 bucks max!!! Help me find boots.

My dress is a red halter, and goes to just past my knees. I wore it last June with some really simple, black, thong sandles with about a 2inch heel. Do you think that I could wear those again even though it's winter? Or should I go buy a new pair?

The catch: I have really skinny legs. So all of the jeans i try on are either way too big for my legs, or way too small for my waist and hips and i get muffin top.
what brands of jeans are there that fit like that? (low rise if possible)

also, whats an easy way to lose a waist size? if finding jeans isnt possible.
