the back of your neck?..YES..so sexy, my one friend has 2 barbells and its sexy b/c its different..just keep in mind that it is a surface piercing and not everyones body excepts them..after 3-4 years ur skin could actually start to push the piercing out (ew).. ask whoevers doin it about inserting the jewelry rather than piercing it through.
