I have to go to a xmas work party and the attire is dressy/casual? Any idea what my boyfriend and I should wear? I don't want to be too dressed up, but yet not dressed up enough.

Dressy casual mean nice slacks and shirts. No jeans, tshirts or sneakers.

Hey should wear dress pants and a button up shirt or nice sweater (or both), you should wear a skirt or dress something along those line - basically you want to wear the type of clothes you might wear to church on christmas or easter (well except for this cleavage ect is ok in good taste of course), not jeans ect but not cocktail wear either

You should wear a nice pair of pants and a dressy shirt, maybe a nice sweater or something and dress shoes.

for the guy blazer, tie and dress slacks, nice clean shoes
for you short black dress with med. height heel mayby some pearls and keep your hair down. very sexy for both and very classic.
