I might go to an upscale bar or club afterwards, so I want to be dressed for both occasions. What should I wear?

I'd really like to start changing the way I dress... during the past high school years all i've worn were "t-shirt + jeans" kinda thing (which isn't all that bad, but I want some change too). I'd really like to dress in some different way thats versatile for university coming up next Sept, parties, etc. What do you girls like seeing on a guy around my age? Btw I'm not into the baggy clothing like those rap-lovers (really unapealling imo)...thanks.

I have looked and looked and looked but can not find a red dress for christmas. I want to show off my new figure so i want a red dress one that is tight , like a tube dress. I can understand how guys are turned on by a girl wearing a skirt and nice heels... But also when I wear heel sandals and pants (pants that barely show the heels). And when wearing flats I don't get that much attention even in skirt or pants... why? have this happened to you?

first..My nails are really long..even after I cut them.. it's the base (clear part) of my nail thats long.. I keep my white tips cut off? how can I make them shorter or is it possible?
