first..My nails are really long..even after I cut them.. it's the base (clear part) of my nail thats long.. I keep my white tips cut off? how can I make them shorter or is it possible?
second..What can I wear to school to look really good and impressive.. my friend and her boyfriend is wantin me to date his best friend.. I want to I just dont know how to catch and keep his attention
third.. do you all think that foundation/powder, eyeliner, mascara, lipgloss and chapstick is to much for a 13 year old (I'm really mature for my age.. and look older too.. at least that's what people tell me)

first of all....."looking older" is an insult so dont take it as a compliment. now to look younger you can wear tons of makeup and look like a kid playing dress up or you can look your age and stay clear of the makeup.
if you want to get this guy's attention just be yourself, wear jeans and sweats if that who you are. if you look like you are trying to hard he and all the other guys will wonder what is wrong with you (ie; why dont guys want you for who you are that make you so desperate?) and stay away from you. if you look like you been aroound the block one too many times so to speak they would just laugh at you in the locker room.
as for your nails, use a nail clipper then file them down to the desire length

i cant help you wid ur nails but i fynk that foundation an eyeliner is fyn 4 a normal day but put a hint of blusher on or you will luk a bit wierd. And just give the lad a lil bit more attention than ny1 else an smile smile smile!! :) so he no'z ur interested!

It probably isn't possible.
Do you really want to date him? Dress in something that makes you feel confident and yourself. A simple blouse with jeans/skirt would do. Nice earrings would be good as well.
Lipgloss and eyeliner. Anything else would be going overboard and make you look like you are trying to hard.

matchin clothes w/o being a slut
everythign but lipgloss and chapstick for everyday.... eyeshadow at a party
