I have a thick locket silver bracelet, but it is gold plated, I want to know if there is any way of removing the gold plating, it has already chipped away in some places and from wear and tear (it is about 7 yrs old), or can a jeweller remove it and if so, how much would it cost?

i know bairly anything about fashon and i need some help finding dress clothes. i am a major tomboy and we have to dress up for basketball games for school. im about 5' 1" 120 lbs. my hair is kind of a mix between a blond, red and bruneet(sp?) im really white too.

could you guys maybe show me some 'cute' tops bottoms that would go well together? i can't wear jeans. we're supposed to wear stuff that we would wear to church or something like that. so probalby things like pinstripes and blouses and nice looking sweaters, at jc penny prices(lol). im really bad at putting stuff together so i need your guys' help.

Well i am just 18 and have started going clubbing (oh btw i live in england so legal to drink from 18) and i keep on getting id'd this isnt really a problem as i do have id, but its just annoying especially in front of my mates who just walk in. I was watching "What Not To Wear" a while ago and it drove me crazy that they kept saying "a pant", "a jean", "a boot" instead of "pants", "jeans", "boots", etc.

Since then I've noticed one or two other people saying it too. It sounds weird to me, especially with the boots and shoes, because unless you only have one leg, you're wearing two of them!

Is this some sort of recent phenomenon? Is it correct?
