Try the store 5-7-9 if you have one near you. Their jeans are usually about $9-10 - not bad for jeans! They also last very long, but their sizes tend to run on the smaller size...you can find up to a size 9, but if they fit, you'll get your money's worth. Another store is Delia*s - their jeans are great, but cost about $40. However, you usually get buy one get one 50% of there and I know they once gave out $10 gift cards just to try some jeans on in the fitting room, so you'll probably end up getting 2 pairs for about $50. What makes their jeans great is they have lots of different sizes and fits and they have a little bit of spandex in them so they have a snug fit. Good luck!

Kohls has a lot of jeans that can start at like $15. If you want nicer or more expensive go for The Buckle or American Eagle. I bought some really cute jeans at Aeropostale that have really lasted and they were $19.99 on sale. Why do you want sequins anyhow?

On those rare occasions when my common sense actually kicks in and tells me that a $200 pair of jeans is NOT the best investment (this usually occurs after I've blown $300 on one handbag).... That's when i head to Target or Kohl's for jeans that cost around $20. They're great quality, last a looooong time, and my two fave pairs actually are from those two stores!

I'd hit up the thrift shop, Salvation Army, or such and get a kit at the craft store so you can customize your clothes with those bead/sequin machines yourself. Nobody would be able to tell either way because most jeans are pre-worn looking anyway and these would be to your liking, designed the way YOU want.
More people shop the thrift stores than you think. They just don't want to admit to it. I have ran in to corporate people I have worked with looking for business wear in these places too. Go for it!

I custom-order mine through Tommy Hilfiger. I also get some deals at the local boutiques. I know the girls. $200 or more is not too much for a good pair of jeans. Try Rock and Republic's Victoria Beckham line.

Not sure when it comes to sequins..I'd think that would cost you to have them sewn on securely. Why not take the time to stitch them in a little tighter once you have purchased them?

As for low cost quality jeans, I think Old Navy does that best. Steve and Barry's aren't bad either if you have one in your area.

Forever 21, Charlotte Russe or Wet Seal.

Buy them on Ebay, you can buy name brands on there for less, depends if you want used ones or not. Most sequins will fall off, just get a glue gun to replace them. Hope this helps.

You got a Steve & Barry's store near you? I don't think anything in there is over $11. Bought my jeans 2 yrs ago and they are still looking good
