Unless you are 18 or under...don't! It looks ridiculous when grown men dress that way. If you want people to respect you, dress like someone who deserves respect. Even basketball stars dress nicely in clothes that fit.
If you are under 18, then no more than the tops of your boxer should peek out (NO briefs!!! that's GROSS!). Sagging them any further down looks unkempt and cheap.

Not at all, it looks terrible and messy. That's not the kind of guy any girl wants to bring home to mom and dad, because what you say with that outfit is that you can't dress yourself.
Get a belt.

Not at all. Guys are so stupid and think it'll attract a girl but it won't at all. Buy a belt and keep those pants on your waist. Better yet pull them up to your neck.
