The most durable brand of nylons would be non-run products. If you snag em it make a whole but won't run and ruin the whole pair.
You can find non-run products from many companies.

It depends on if you are talking about stockings or pantyhose. There is a huge difference, and durability, usually comes with a tremendous sacrifice to look and feel. the fest looking and feeling nylons are thin and slippery, but they also self destruct faster. the heavier ones last, but look nasty and feel like sandpaper. I won't touch them if they don't feel sheer and elegant.
I get most all my hosiery from the website stocking store.com. they have more hosiery on one page than Victoria's Secret has in total, and their site is many, many, pages long.

I love the Victoria's Secret ones. They stay on, and they're the most comfortable ones. They're also the sexiest, plus you can find every style you're looking for.

Legg's are really good but look for those with a little more lycra. They usually last longer but as you know, there are no guarantees.

I like Leggs better but Nononsense seem to last longer.

L'EGGs have nice ones, they are really soft and hardly ever run
