I just got my belly pierced a week ago and Im using Provon, but i would like to know what is the process throughout the first and second week. Please give all the information so i can know, I would really helpfull

first of all, don't move the ring around with crust on it. if crust gets inside you could be prone to infections. while in the shower, i would put a mixture of sea salt and warm water in one of those cough syrup measuring cups, bend forward so that your belly touches the cup, then hold the cup to belly as you stand up and let it soak for five minutes. this will clean it and help it heal faster.

Make sure you keep it clean and move it around as much as you can tolerate. I was given some sort of iodine/zinc solution to use. It worked great, but took a little while (a couple/few weeks) before it was healed that I didn't have to clean it multiple times a day. Be patient and it will get better.

keep it clean and put on the peroxdie or witch hazel or what ever 3/4 times a day to get it to heal
second week healing and keep up the same process, by the fouth week everything should be great
do not wear pants the are around your belly button they will rub and cause problems

first: you don't get one second: it doesn't take very long to heal
