What is a 4.5 boys size shoe in a women's size?

I'm hoping it's comparable to a 7! I just got some converse one stars like my old ones I had.....crossing my fingers the kid size will fit!

Generally, Men's shoes run a size and a half smaller than Women's so I'm assuming it would be about a 6.

I don't think it's a 7 - maybe a 5.5 or 6
