I bought some really nice high heel boots..... long and very thin heel....I want to get used to walking with these kind of shoes.... I was practising walking with them for some time and I noticed that I bent the side of my feet towards the left side on both feet..... I suffer a little tiny bit of my knees, does this have to do with this..... any tips on how to walk properly. .....thanks for advices!!
