How about dressing up as a basketball team. You know, everyone wear jerseys, same socks, shorts. OR dress up as a theme, like 'Wizard of Oz', someone be Dorothy, Tin Man, Scare Crow, Toto, Lion, and the witches, one good, one bad. OR, 101 Dalmations, someone can be the mom, dad, a few puppies and last, but not least, Cruela deVille.

get a guy friend to dress as a Race car driver (or even one of the girls could) and the rest dress as the pit crew! :)

go as fairy's! each pick a different color to use as a theme and work with it!
for example one go in a pink dress with pink wings and flowers in her hair while another girl go in blue pants and a blouse with blue wings and a lot of glitter everywhere and another in yellow with stars!
