People can wear whatever they want, although I suspect you will see more women in trousers than men in skirts, mostly because there are trousers designed for women, but I don't think anyone has started designing skirts for men.

Young modern slim girls can wear Trousers but men cant wear skirts. As the fashion is of Cargos right now and not skirts.

Certainly, women should wear trousers if they want and in Scotland some men already wear skirts, they are called kilts.

Why should women not wear trousers? Our legs get cold to, and some of us do active jobs, where a skirt hitching up and showing you're undies will be totally unprofessional.
The Scots wear kilts, and I find them rather handsome.

woman should wear trousers especially if they have bad legs.!!!! not a very nice sight for you men or any one for that matter.Now if you have good legs then show them off.I find trousers are more pratical for everyday jobs but i do like to wear a skirt if i'm going out.

Welcome to this century. Women have the choice of trousers or skirts, and if men are confident enouth they too can wear skirts.
