Dancing queen?. There's a second hand shop at the top off Endell st. in Covent Garden-Holborn that has great dresses that always look quite small.

Dick Turpin. 18th (?) century high-way robber - cape, mask, hat and a horse (although you could proably get away with not having a horse).
Dastardly (and Mutley). The bad chap from Wacky Races and 'Catch the Pigeon'. - Big moustache and evil laugh.
Diana Ross. Big hair and a sparkly dress.
Dan Dare. Macho cartoon character, stiff upper lip and good hair?
Desparate Dan. Tough cartoon guy with designer stubble.

You can find most any size where ever you can buy costumes. They aren't all "one size fits most."
Try this store, they have a good selection of costumes in the smaller sizes.
