My nails are always breaking and chipping from work. I work as a checkout chick, so they get quite a beating lol.

I was wondering if there are any artificial nails like gel or acrylic, that would stop them from breaking? Just so they can have a chance to grow.

Which would be better to get, gel or acrylic?
I heard they damage your nails too...so would it be a good idea to get them at all?

I really want to get an angel or a phoenix on my back but i am scared of what people might think in the workplace. It has been a month now and i just really want it. I feel like getting this tattoo can really change the way i look at life, but i am going to school for accounting and scared of what people in the accounting field might think of the tattoo. I also want to get my MBA and become an owner of a company or become a CEO, but i am scared that i cant do that because of the tattoo.
The other thing is that i am 20 so right now something like a phoenix or an angel will be cool to have, but when i am 50 i might not like it. So then what do i do? Do you think i should get it? Thanks for the help

To elaborate, blepharoplasty is a procedure to reshape the outlines of the eye, whether its the upper or lower eyelid.

Many ppl have been through cosmetic surgery, and knowing the risks that are involved with it, I'm wondering how others might feel if they were to go through blepharoplasty.

I'm thinking of doing it, but knowing that its involving my eyes, I'm not too sure if I should really trust this kind of procedure.
How safe is it?

And please, no answers like "It shouldn't matter how u look on the outside, its how u feel on the inside" nothing like that please.

ok i get my ears pierced again for the 4th time per ear and never once did i ever have it get infected. well no my one new hole is extreamly sensative and when i touch it like when i clean it it throbbs for like 5 minets after i clean it while the other side doesn't really hurt at all. its not very red but i'm not sure. could my new piercing be infected?

clearasil ulta scrub, daily cleanser, cleansing pads, and acne treating cream
or
oxt scrub, daily cleanser, cleansing pads? both have 2% of the acne fighintg thing.

Hello, I live in the Dominican Republic, the people here are very snoby, I am an American I wear a long sleeve shirt everyday to work with jeans. Lately I have been getting really good clients to work with me, like international type. I usually go to the meetings dressed like I do every day. My father asked me to stop wearing those clothes since I have¨^represent^. I keep telling him that my clients looked for me not the other way around and they trust me completly. and that for an artist I dress pretty decent. I do know.. maybe I do need to change my style... but what should I go for....

whenever i talk to my friend's mom like when she is driving me and my friend somewhere, she seems to discuss money with me, and it makes me uncomfortable. she drops hints that she's rich, (when in fact she is at best upper middle class.)
for example, today she said,
"im so annoyed, sammie,(thats her daughter) your brother losy the 200 dollar abercrombie sweater we bought for him."
okay, first off, no sweaters from there cost that much, so she must have been lying. secondly, why mention the price?
another time she said,
"see that house (pointing to a large home) we almost bought it." okay, lady, who cares?
i have a dooney and bourke, and she notices it and gets this weird gleam in her eye likes she wants to outdo me.
"ohh, i love designers. but coach is my favorite (gesturing to the coach tote on her am.) i paid 345 dollars for this."
you get it, she's always dropping hints.
i find it tacky and odd

i love the natural look, and i'd gladly wear no make-up at all if it weren't for my acne. ( takeng care of it, btw) And i was wondering if i wear too much make up, well this is a list of what i wear:
-foundation
-blush
-brown,peach,and broze shadow
-mascara and brown eyeliner
( sometimes i just wear brown eyeliner, and a little blush on the lids)
Is that too much?
