i have an urge to go out dressed in my wifes clothes.she works l8 and i figured i have a better chance of getting away with it @ night.any ideas?can i be arrested ?

I have a manicure set. It contains:
Nail Clippers
Nail Shaper
Nail Cuticul Ousher thingy
Nail Shiner (takes top layer off)
Nail Filer
Nail Stensils
White Polish
Pink Polish
Clear polish

It says to:
1. Paint the nail pink.
2. Allow to dry.
3. Apply one stencil just before the white bit begins.
4. Paint the area above the stencil white.
5. Allow to dry.
6. Peel of stencil.

But when I peel off the stencil it takes off the pink polish as well!! How can I stop this happening? Can I?
Please help!

At school I'm not classified as one of the pretty girls.
* I have acne, but I'm on pills and they help, it's clearing up now.
* I wear glasses... but not huge ones.
I always smile, I always say hi. I'm liked, I have tons of friends and I'm curvy not fat or slim. I don't weat the short school skirts because A) my mom's a teacher and B) I'd prefer not to have detention.
So what's making me ugly? Making me just the same old person I am?
Why can't for just once, somebody say: Wow ***** looks pretty today.
Why can't I just make one head turn?

My mom is going to her hairdresser tomorrow. Tomorrows the last chance I have of streaking it. My semi-permanent color is fading quickly, but it is still there. Can I streak my hair tomorrow and wat for the auburnish hair dye to fade out? I have naturally dark brown hair and am going to streak it caramel.

Heyy.. Guys

I'm thinking about getting a tattoo on my 18th birthday on September 21st... long ways to go, but I'm starting my research now. My parents know and they are totally cool with it as long as its not huge... I was thinking about getting a butterfly tattoo either on my back/shoulder blade, lower [small] of my back, on the top of my foot or ankles, or on the back of my neck.. But the thing is that I'm not sure if I want a butterfly. I'm open to all suggestions at this point.. ive noticed this and i want to see if anyone else has the same problem and if they have an answer. whenever i go out in the wind or if its really cold, my face gets pale. i have make up on and everything but it just seems like whenever i go out in those conditions after 5 mins i look horrible! and i even try to reapply my makeup but i still look pale. i used bronzers and the correct color of foundation and powder but i still look pale after wind and cold. i noticed in summer this doesnt happen. any suggestions?? thanks!
