Use a glycolic acid, such as Alpha-Hydrox. I've been using it for over 15 years and I don't have a line, wrinkle, blemish, age spot, or discoloration on my face. And I'm 39. Another important thing to do is use sunscreen everyday and never tan. Tanning causes 99% of wrinkles, lines, age spots, and rough dry skin, not to mention cancer.

Depending on how old you are, then I would go with something simple and not heavy nighttime moisturizers.
Start with Oil of Olay. Just the regular one in the bottle for now, then you could switch. If you use heavy moisturizers now, (if your young) you could clog your pours and break out. So keep it simple for now, unless you have extremely dry skin. In fact, start with the unscented and that way you won't have that fragrance mixing with anything else you may be wearing. Also, a vitiman with Omega 3 oil is good.
One of the youngest looking entertainers of the older senior generation (Cesar Romero-owns Cesars Palace-Vegas) was once asked what he did to stay so youthful looking. He looked at the interviewer and says: "You know how people usually eat an orange. They peel it, throw out the skin and eat the orange. I don't do that. I peel it, eat the peeling and toss out the orange".
If you've ever squeezed an orange peeling you will see not just what you think is juice, but you will see the orange oil coming out. That oil is what is protecting the inside of the orange. I do that too. Some people can't tolorate that though, but I even eat lemon peels. I'm 57 and look 45...and it makes me happy.

First off, look at your parents and grandparents ( or photos of them if they are deceased) and you will get a good idea of how you will age..after all, it's mostly hereditary....Eat a good, decent diet, wear sunscreen every day, exfoliate at least 2 times a week, and use a moisturizer after every time you wash/cleanse your face!!!!! every time!!!!!! and don't spend a small fortune on a moisturizer or exfoliator!! email me if you want my baking soda exfoliation 'recipe'...am glad to share it with you......as for moisturizers, you can try any brand of cocoa butter, preferably a creme not a lotion as the creme will have less water! AND you always apply a moisturizer (face or body) RIGHT AFTER you have dried your skin, so the product will lock in the moisture!!!!!!!!!!! again, email me if you like..and good luck

I heard that rubbing your own poop on your face helps maintain elasticity in the skin and postpones wrinkle formation.
