i heard if you take geletin caplets, that will help your hair and nails. are geletin caplets equivalent to eating jello?

Yes. You get so much extra protein your body has to do something with it. So it goes to hair skin and nails. Obviously there is a limit to how much extra skin you can get at any one time.

But you have to balance it, too much protein would elevate chemicals in the body, even cause damage to the pancreas., which considering its small size is a Big Bad problem causing son of another internal organ, let me tell you....


Before you go on a high protein or low carb diet, or the other way around, get a test for diabetes.
it will cost about 10 bucks or so but an insulin shock incident could cost your life.

You would have to read the equivalency ratings on the caplets. Eating jello also helps your nails and hair.
