For some reason my hair has just stopped looking healthy to me. It's like blah, you just look at it and that's what you want to say. I've been trying to grow it out and it just feels like it's not growing also. The last time I got it cut and colored was back in June. So it hasn't been touched since. And for awhile now everytime I shower I'll lose quite a bit of hair, like when I shampoo I just get a lot of hair stuck in my hands that I have to stop and get it off to even finish everytime my hands touch my hair. It's really annoying. I think my hair might be weak i'm not sure. What are ways to get it back to looking healthy? And ways for the hair loss thing? And any recommendations on shampoo's that are like salon shampoos but you can still find at the store.

i measured my feet and they are:
25.6cm for length
10.7cm for width
i have wide feet and nike basketball shoes are narrower than normal
what is .1 of an inch in centimetres
dont tell me to go in to a shop and try it since they dont sell good nike basketball shoes in the uk here.

A couple of times a year I use a semi-permanent medium ash brown color on my hair. It always looks great, but this time it's got a slight greenish cast. I have to use ash based color because my hair has a tendency to turn red with dyes. Any way I can balance it out without redying? Maybe henna?

I found out at the last minute that I needed a suit for this function that I will be attending. I didn't have time to have a suit taylored so I needed to buy seperates. I bought a nice grey jacket, but I couldn't find matching pants in my size. I have a nice pair of black dress pants at home.
