Hi i'm 12 years old and going into 7th grade and I want to start wearing makeup. I have dirty blonde shoulder length hair, VERY pale skin and blue-grey eyes. I think I want to wear eyeliner, eye shadow, (I already were concealer) lip gloss, ect. Any tips?? I apreciate tips from girls my age and older women. Thanks!

How do I make my bell bottom jeans tighter so there not bell bottoms anymore?

My pants are tight enough above the knees but below the knees is what I need to tighten. Any suggestions on how to do this?
