For blue eyes you should wear, peaches, mauves or a neutral color like camel, matching your eye color with just leave a plain area of color & look blah.
for liner, if you want it to be subtle I'd say go witht he brown, but if you really want it to stand out go witht he black. If you apply liner to your upper lids it will make your lashes look longer & darker

To start out - I would skip the eyeliner. Wear a VERY light brownish/tanish eye shadow. If you have too much on your eyes (too dark of eyeliner, to dark shadow) then you look really made up...and honestly, like you have no idea what you're doing. If you want to wear mascara, too, I would wear either clear mascara (very good for definition, but not clumpy or messy) or a brown color. With the discription of yourself, I think black mascara, eyeliner, etc., would be too dark and would clash with your features, not compliment them. Lip gloss is great, I would try clear - it looks great on everyone!
Good luck!! And remember - To look beautiful with makeup, the goal is to make it look like you aren't wearing any! Hope this helps you!

Ok, to start out I wouldn't reccommend eyeliner just yet. You don't want to change too much to quickly. Take it slow. But for eyeshadow I would definately reccommend Almay. They have shadow trios specifically made to bring out your eye-color. My sister is about a year older than you with similar hair, skin, and eyes and uses the blue-eye kit (blues and browns). It's super cute! (I have the brown eye set- purples- I love it!) Anyways, that would really bring out the blue in your eyes. My sister uses that eye shadow without eyeliner and it looks really cute. But when you're ready for eyeliner, you might want to start out with a lighter color like a brown before you start wearing black.
As for lips, I'd reccommend a clear or nude lip gloss. Just about any brand works. I own a light pink/nude Maybelline Shiny-Licious gloss (awesome name huh?). Bonnebell gloss is cute too, and t's cheap.
I have really pale skin too, so I use CoverGirl blush- soft mink. That color is perfect- it adds the perfect natural coloring to your face (and even a hint of shimmer) without looking like you put a lot of makeup on. I don't even bother with concealer, I just use that blush. Well, good luck. Don't worry too much about makeup, a lot of it's just for fun!

i look all most the same as you I'm your age and i started wearing makeup in 4Th grade (actually 2nd) but any ways you should get a white, opale, light blue, or sorta dark blue. for eyeliner black or blue no brown it dont look right if it looks like you dont have no eyebrows get some brown maybe as light as the brown in your hair lip gloss you might want to get a rosey red dont get smuckers its just the taste on smukers or get one that looks like a pink but it is clear and a clear if you change your mind on mascare wear a black or a blue so it brings out your eyes your mom might like the black a little bit better the blue when it dries it stands out big time

I'm 14, and my makeup consists of just eyeliner mascara and eyeshadow, sometime lip gloss, to look a bit flirty, ☺
but, when i was 12, all i wore was mascara and sometimes eyeshadow, most 12 year olds don't need eyeliner,
Good Luck!!! ☺

For somebody your age, I don't recommend eye-liner.
I was in 7th grade last year, and you don't see that much people with eye-liner on.
It's a little to old for somebody your age.
In highschool, eyeliner looks better because your older.
Try a brown-black mascara, pinky lip-gloss, and light eye shadow (and concealer or loose powder).
Don't over-do your make-up.
Keep it light and natrual.
You don't want to look way older than you are.

Umm... start with lip gloss. Forget the others for a while. Use a nice light pink shade with good shimmer. It shouldn't seem overdone at all. And your lips won't chap if you apply a little vaseline (petroleum jelly) to them before you apply lip gloss.

okay since you are pale you wanna stay away from dark colors...go with light colors such as
ice pink or a peach eyeshadow ect. ...clear shimmer lip gloss....brown eyeliner and smokey gray mascara....no blush it will make you look fake...concealer is fine you could use a skin toning powder blend it in.
good luck!

you could wear eyeliner. If your going to wear eye shadow only wear light color because your skin is light and you dont want to be looking like a clown.
