Perhaps using a foot scrub cream, something that will moisturize while being abrasive, and then a moisturizer might help. They're probably callused like rough stained heels.

I have that problem with my knees, too. After you shower rub a pumice stone over it every day and then put cream on. In a week or two the skin should be lighter.

you must be leaning on yr elbows alot try using some long sleeves for a while and some good creams each night and morning to soften the skin. youll find some more great tips on skincare on this site

Use a soap like Irish spring and don't scrub so hard you will only make it red.
And if you take a bath at least twice a week and a shower every day this should help.

Get some fade cream or bleaching cream and apply twice a day for 6 months and they will start to lighten up and go away. Happy fading!!

buy an exfoliating brush and scrub on ur elbows and knees. buy an exfoliating soap, like the one from dove. it should help.
