I am going to cut my daughter's hair for her. She wants long layers added. Her hair is slighty wavy and very thin. She wants the first layer to start at her chin. How do I go about layering her hair?

I was plucking my eyebrow and i plucked to much of my right eyebrow that know half of it is gone, and i don't know what to do because i cant tell my mom and school is about to start so i need help =[
