Well I have the same problem and what I do is I have my ends trimmed regularly and I also use a serum called Biosilk. Its kinda expensive and you can only get it at beaty stores. But Use that right after you towel dry your hair and before you blow dry. It makes your hair very soft and silky. It also improves the look. It makes it shiny. But just don't use too much. Only a drop the size of a dime. But try it you'll be impressed. But honestly, depending on if you color your hair a lot, you should still try to keep up with a trim. I color my hair all the time as well, and I make sure I condition right after or it will break. Also, if you have ever bleached your hair that might be a cause to the breakage. I have to condition my hair everyday just to get a comb through it and its thin also. But it all depends on what kind of damage has been done to it. I hope that helps you out.

There are alot of products out there. But you have to start with every 3 months getting a hair trim. Not a cut. A trim only. I had the same problem. I stopped blow drying my hair so much too. Depending on where you leave and how much time your willing to put into it. Try sun drying for awhile. I blow dry in the winter & let the sun dry my hair in the summer. Blowing drying is hard on the hair. The best product i use is INFUSIUM23. Its a light spray that helps to repair heat damaged hair. Its a heat activated treament. That might help with the dryness. But you have to trim your hair for sure every 3 months. GL

Don't wash your hair every day, it will cause it to dry out. Try deep conditioning for about a half an hour(or longer) at least once a month. Try not to blow dry every day, & when you do be sure to use a heat protectant. Try using Biosilk hair serum, it makes the hair silky & smooth. Be sure to have your ends trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks to help keep the split ends in check.

Try Pantene Pro-V moisturizing conditioner. Don't use their shampoo. If anything, try paul mitchell shampoo. It is light weight and won't wear your hair down. Try getting your hair trimmed every couple of months. Stay away from the blow dryer. That thing tortures your hair leaving you with split-ends. If anything, air dry and maybe straighten it. Give your hair a break every once in a while and let it go natural. Your hair will thank you. If none of this works, see a professional. Ask him/her for advice: it's free!

The reason that your hair is breaking may come from chemicals, if you are continuously bleaching, dying or applying excessive heat to your hair it most definitely going to break off and you will get split ends. You need to leave it alone for a while. Pantene Pro V is excellent for people with all textures of hair. Nexus is another product that restores protein in the hair for strength, because you are stripping your hair of all the nutrients that it needs

Bumble and Bumble prep before you blow dry, I am a bleach blonde too with fine hair, I use it and it makes my hair super soft and shiny. You can use it with their thickening spray too if you want more volume and thickness. I also use their Does It All spray before and after I flatiron. It sounds like a lot of products, but their stuff is great, honestly they don't make your hair feel sticky or gross, your hair does not look like it has any products in it, just pretty healthy and natural!

TRESemme for spilt ends and damaged hair . It works great and to keep your hair healthy you want to get it trimmed about every three months. or sooner. And blow dry your hair less, every once in a while let it air dry or dry it with your towel.

Try to use a good, haevy conditioner. Apply mostly to the ends and leave on extra long. Right now I like sunsilk or fruictesse/ garnier.
