As a young child I fell through a glass window which left my right eyebrow scared (I have part of an eyebrow). I have tried many products such as pencils & shadows. But they look fake,,Any suggestions as to how I can have a natural looking brow without the drawn on look?

i went to get my hair colored the other day and i wanted the top layer of my hair light blonde and the under hair colored brown. well she did not do it the way i wanted it done, plus on the side of my head there is an orange spot of color that i did not see when i was at the salon, until i was home and i put my hair in a ponytail.. what i need is advice on how to get her to fix it free of charge for this mistake... please help......
