A flipped-up collar, rolled-up sleeves, you must be ready for action?

No more than your tied shoelaces mean that you're about to go anywhere. Rolled-up sleeves mean that you don't feel too comfy walking with your sleeves down or it's better ventilation this way. Or it might imply that whatever you're about to do may be disturbed by your sleeves being down and you put them up. In that case it might only mean that you're about to do something. Which kind of implies that you're a man/woman of action AT THE MOMENT.

Nope. A flipped up collar has been a trend recently. It does not mean anything. And rolled up sleeves? I don't know???
