If you're talking school girl with a funky twist, I say do a plaid, pleated mini skirt, and a cute top w/ a courdoroy blazer.
Now, if you mean real school girl, [like something you'd actually wear as a uniform to your school] I'd wear a nice blue jean pencil skirt w/ a white fitted top, and a little boys [or very much shrunken] navy blue blazer [small fitting] And maybe some flats for shoes. Marc Jacobs?
