Hmmm. This is a tough one. I think you could alternate between a shampoo for oily hair and one for color treated hair-which probably would be the best for your hair. The only shampoo I know of that may do the trick for both is Biolage Balancing Shampoo. It would be gentle enough on your colored hair but remove enough of the oil to "balance" you hair and scalp out.

No, the less you wash your hair the better!..I get asked this question alot, You must use good named hair products if your hair is coloured/permed...you should only use shampoo on your scalp/roots...never put shampoo on your mid lengths and ends....and conditioner should NOT be put on scalp or roots as this will cause the area to be oily...only put a small amunt of conditioner on mid lengths and ends and comb through with a wide toothed comb

your hair has a PH of 4.5 to 5.0 most shampoos are alkaline so, you have to use a acid based shampoo and continue to use a moisturizer. by using alkaline shampoo every day your scalp will dry out and there for, secret more oil. and it will seem more oily

Rub a little bit of baby powder on your scalp and hair, it really does help soak up some oil!
