what are some good ways to get good looking highlights without buying a product or going to a salon?

look. i'm only 11 and i have so much hair all round my body! i have hairy legs, arms there are little hair on top part of my finger, and, there's soft hair growin all over my face man! i feel like shaving but they said once you start you'll be shaving forever and they also said the hair will grow thicker.
