cut extension chord in half. plug one end in the outlet. careful zap your buttocks with live end wires. do it very carefully or else you could end up with an uneven buttocks. good luck

It depends if ti mostly fat or actually muscle. If it is fat then you need to do excercises to reduce it, like squats or leg lifts. Go to different websites for the instructions on how to do these different excercises for your target areas.
