Your hair should be very subdued, not party hair, a good rule of thumb is to groom yourself as if you were going to worship. Be tactful.

Don't forget the rest of the package, well manicured hands, fresh makeup, fresh breath, do not overpower the perfume if you wear any.

More important than your hair, be prepared, know the basic questions always asked in an interview so you won't be at a loss for words. (Strengths and weaknesses, where you want to be in 3-5 years, why did you leave your last job...) Do your homework, find out something about the company and have a couple of questions to ask at the end, show you are interested.

When you go in if you are nervous take a few breaths and just be yourself. No one likes to interview.

Good luck to you

I agree with JazzO...A Bun is always the best. You want to move all hair out of you face so that when your interviewing you dont have to worry about your hair falling in front of your eyes... It also gives the interviewer all your facial expressions!

I used to be a personnel director for a company, and I interviewed and hired many people. The most important thing is that your hair is neat, clean, and not in any extreme styles or colors. Don't worry about whether it is up or down, just use a conservative style. You don't want your hair to be what they notice. You want them to notice your qualifications for the job.

Pulled back in a clip looks professional. Or in an up-do. Nothing wild like spikes or not normal hair colors. You know, like blue, green purple etc. If it's short, put it back behind your ears if possible, it will look neater. Good luck on the interview!

Depends on what kind of job interview it is. A French braid is always a nice touch.

Depends on the job, but the best thing I could tell you would be to wear it neat and clean! :) In other words, have it fixed so that you aren't messing with it and so that it isn't distracting. Go light on the product and go natural, yet polished.
And good luck!

Pulled back in a pony tail, braid or simply straight with no frills. No big messy hair style, bows or bands.

It denotes you are an organized and straight forward person.

A real nice style but nothing that would make you look like that you are trying to say "I want a job for money." Look like a business women who welling to do anything to help the company.

Best of luck

u should tie it up because you wouldnt want to flip your hair over and over while you're being interviewed. it would also project the face.
