I looked in the mirror one day and I saw something staring at me. I looked into the eyes of the beast and the beast stared right back at me. Little did I know at that very moment that the beast was me. I don't exactly remember deciding to grow all these weird appendages, eyeballs, and an enormous...you know. Seems like it all just happened all of a sudden. I can literally shake a limb and think to myself: "Look at that crazy stuff and all those outrageous chemicals shakin around in there, what's up with that?" So why am I lugging all this around?

I was at the grocery store the other day (an actual PLACE, another anomaly for a different question) and this person looked at me with those evil eyes. Why did she do that? Is there something wrong with this stuff *points to self luggage*, do I need to get rid of it?

So what's up with me bein a friggin human and what can I do about it? I mean, what do humans do exactly? I'm asking you because I think you would know...

We might be wondering if moral good and evil could exist at all if God did not exist

Survival Ethic
If human morality is merely a result of the need to survive, nothing is good or evil in any objective sense. There is only a moral sense, a feeling that certain acts are good or evil, which is a far different thing from them actually being good or evil.

A universe without God in which we humans are nothing more than accidental byproducts of nature, beings who have evolved relatively recently in a hostile and irrational universe and who are destined to perish in a short time. Given that scenario, it is hard to see why it matters whether or not we ever existed.
Lastly:
The concept of objective morality loses all meaning in a universe devoid of God. Only in a universe created by a loving, moral God can there be real truth and morality.

Lately, I've been feeling like there's some deeper meaning in life, and it keeps me up at night attempting to figure it out. I talked to my friends about it, and the only responses I got were negative (e.g. "You're too young to worry about that" or "Life has no meaning, man" or "Just stop smoking so much pot")..... Any suggestions to further expand my mind and open up the doors of perception? I really want to know; it's bothering me so much that instead of going out with my friends or playing video games or watching television, I sit around and ponder life. It's like a feeling in the pit of my stomach that urges me to question my own existence, and I just can't figure it out..... And please don't tell me to turn to Jesus or God or Mohammed or any of that crap.

So you do not have to exert any effort to get your love. You just sit there and waiting for her to call you? Doesn't this betray the quote, "God only helps those who help themselves"?
