OK i was told when i set my tank up that crushed corals was the best way to go and here it is almost 2 months later and now i am being told that i need to remove all the coral and replace it with live sand . Now although i want the sand cuz i think it makes the tank look better i don't want to have to go through the trouble of replacing it if i dont have to . I was told that it would give me problems down the line and that it has slowed down my cycling process .what should i do??and i also want to know what type of organism grow on live rock ? i just got them and i would really like to know whats on it theres little pink worm lookin thing and little stringy plant lookin things and also these things that look like the bottom of a BIC pen that range from pink to purple in color and last there are these white cotton looking things. my tank is 75 gallons and is newly set up and i dont have any fish in it yet just the rock 3 crabs I hope this is enough info for some one to help..thx

I'm originally from Houston, but I've never been shopping in Harwin. I'm coming into town for a week to bargain shop for bridesmaid dresses and other things for my wedding. Today (July 30th) in Calgary, Alberta we had a blood red moon, it was really facinating, being almost full (full moon was yesterday). Trying to look up this phenomenon, I've discovered the most common cause of such a red moon to be a lunar eclipse. However the last lunar eclipse was in early March and the next isn't due until the end of August.

Since a lunar eclipse is not causing this brilliant red moon, what could it be? This moon is brilliant red at night (10 o'clock-12 o'clock) so it's not the sun shining over the horizon like it does in the early evening/morning.

i'm a 14 year old girl with severe acne scars.
i went to a dermatologist and he claimed that there is nothing, except surgery, that will get rid of my acne scars.
i doubt this is true.
so does anyone have any good reccomendations?
of course the cheapest and fastest solution would be the best.

I have been a part time delivery driver since I have started college and as a driver I have always been told to claim my tips at the end of the day as $1 per delivery.

I have done this for the past three years now my company is changing their policy and saying I have to claim $1 per cash delivery, and claim all tips on checks and credit cards in full, which lately has been averaging me anywhere from 50% - 85% of my tips and is taking chunks out of my paycheck. There have even been nights where managers have made me claim more than what I have actually made because the new policy is flawed where I don't average $1 on all deliveries. The new policy has only been enacted for about a month and we have lost 5 employees over it.

My question is what is the legality of them forcing me to claim tips and what is a more proper tip claiming policy that I could bring up to my managers. Any direction to posted documents on the web would be appreciated.

Lets just face it. Individually, Kobe Bryant is the best player in the NBA right now. People who say that he sucks or is overrated are just SO JEALOUS OF HIM!! Im tired of all these jealous cry babies who hate on Kobe just cause he is so good individually. Come on people, even guys like Lebron and Mike D'Antoni(Suns head coach) have said Kobe is the best player in the NBA. People just bag on him because he doesnt make his teammates better like steve nash does. Well thats because his teammates dont step up for him! He doesnt have that great of a supporting cast aside from Odom and Walton(sometimes). So why do people put the blame on him? He cant do it by himself. But theres no question, HE STEPS UP HIS GAME when his team needs it. That's why hes the Best Player in the NBA. I'm tired of these jealous cry babies who dont want to admit Kobe is the best just cause they are jealous that he is better than theyre favorite players...

So my internet wasnt working for 2 days.. the sbc dsl modem was working, but my Netgear router wasnt working properly.. so I tried fixing it and my wireless internet started working again.. but I noticed I only get 5.5 mbps and at times 11, but I dont know how much I used to get since I didn't pay attention to it.. my Netgear router says it gets 54 mbps and my brother also uses wireless internet and gets 5.5 as well. Is something wrong with my router or is 5.5 mbps how much I usually get..?

I find that my son's bottle teats are all cloudy. I clean them really well in very hot water and usually microwave sterilise them, but since they went cloudy I've been soaking them in boiling water with a bit of detergent. It doesn't work though. I had the same problem with my daughter's when she was a baby, but when I soaked them they'd come out clear.

Anyone have any ideas why they do this and how I can fix it?
