I need to curl my eyelashes without mascara and dress my face up without actual make up. I have some lipglosses, anything else that would look cute on a 13 year old girl. Please tell me where to buy the products or anything...

Tinted moisturiser, eyelasher curlers and clear mascara to set, soft soft soft blusher and lipgloss.

Well u can always use the lash curler to help it luk curly.
U'll need a eyeliner dear...draw a thin line only for the top.
Use the eyeliner lightly on ur lashes..to enhance them....then a blusher--rosy pink--on ur cheeks lightly....to make luk cheerful n lively.
Lastly the lip-gloss will do the magic.

You can usually touch eyebrows and eyelashes up with an eyelash brush, which you can usually get at local drugstores.
