My man and i have trust issues. He is only partly responsible because i know i have trust issues w men. So any small thing would be a big thing with me.I'm afraid i might be sabatoging our relationship by not trusting him and just assuming his cheating.

You didn't really explain the question. But I assume it's about you and a guy. I take it your the one with the trust issue. Just try to trust him. Think about how he trust you. And you want it to be equal in the relationship. Also talk about. Talking does justice. Good luck! Sorry if this isn't your question.

Deal with it the best you can and don't accuse him of something you only think happened. The quickest way to drive a men away or into someone else's arms is to keep accusing him of cheating on you and before you know it that is exactly what he is doing and you have know one to blame but yourself.

I know how difficult it is, you have to realize what the problem is and if it is founded. If it's just your own insecurity and your significant other has not given reason to feel this way, then you have to realize that insecurity is a turn off. Remind yourself that he/she chose you and you should respect them and yourself enough to accept it and keep growing your relationship.

i sit down and really re-evaluate myself and what's made me develop that trust issue. sometimes i just get the people that are closest to me to tell it to me as is and to help me get over it. but then again everyone is different.

Deal with the issue, by seeking professional counseling to find out the root of it, working through it, to achieve resolve. Thanks for asking.
