today i have had:

2 bowls of special k red berries cereal, one w/ skim milk & one without, watermelon, an apple, non fat yogurt & some oatmeal with cinnamon.

is this a lot? any suggestions about what i should eat?

I am trying to clear the DNS. I am using a wirless connection. When i type on the following message into the command prompt "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the parentheses) it fails to clear the DNS. The message the pops up instead says "Could not flush the DNS Resolver Cache: Funtion failed during operation". Does anyone know what to do? i have also tried displaying the DNS and then clearing it, but it even fails to display the DNS.

This is Yahoo answers. Not Burke's Peerage, not Daughter's of the American Revolution. People who come here, do so for help, not to be told that their question is stupid, doesn't meet someone elses standards, or wastes their time. Persons looking for living relatives are not stalkers. Beginners who show an interest in their surname might go on to research... depending on how they are treated here.
Yahoo is perfectly capable of determining whether a question is acceptable and meets THEIR standards. Respecting other persons is the most important guideline here, and racking up points by being patronizing, and RUNNING OFF OTHER PERSONS by doing so, is ridiculous. You lose NO points for someone who inadvertantly miscategorizes. Constant insults to others is abuse, in my opinion.
The point of being here is to HELP other persons. I'll spend 5 points to make that statement...

My Dad invested in a fund called "Planning for College". He saved about $4000 for my college education. Later we were sent a letter saying the investors were being investigated (?). The fund stopped withdrawing from his account. We were encouraged to send letters to congress to have the matter settled quickly. We never received the money back and were never able to get in touch with those in charge of the fund.

I have some old coins that I'd like to get rid of but I'm not sure where to go. I have several old Morgan dollars, very worn, ranging in date from 1923-1940. I have half dollars, also very worn, ranging in date from 1951-1960, and some VERY old dimes ranging in date from 1919-1935. Because they are not brand new and are not used in circulation anymore, I don't know what to do with them. Can I take them to the bank, or would anyone actually be interested in buying them?
