2) n out of 55 = 7 out of 11 _____

3)Tina has 400 stickers and Jan has 300 stickers. If 25% of each girl's collection is heart stickers, how many heart stickers does each girl have?

4) Tina has 140 smiley face stickers and Jan has 120. Who has the greater percentage of smiley face stickers? What is the percentage?

Im sorry as a guy People Magazine has lost all it's credibility with me . Drew is almost homely without a massive amount of make-up which nearly doubles as cosmetic surgery . recess. Fine we understand that. I forgot to put his blue sheet in his agenda to hand back into his the time out teacher. And today my (7yr old) son came to me after school and told me that his time out teacher said to him today,"if you don't bring back the blue sheet signed tomorrow you will get Three more time out periods." Is she making a Threat to a 7 year old???

Australians have no good comedians.
Firstly Im Australian so i kinda know whats going on.

Eg: Rove McManus, Dave Hughes (anyone who has heard his voice for more than an hour knows why), Corine Grant, Fiona O'Laughlin, Lehmo, Wil Anderson etc and anyone off 'The Wedge' or 'Stand Up Australia' (Comedy Channel 10.30 Eastern time)

The only funny people are Adam Hills and Peter 'Strauchanie' Helliar sometimes Judith Lucy

We used to have actual funny people like Graham Kennedy, a younger Bert Newton etc

My husband resued her last night and she looks to be about 2 to 3 months old. last night she did not make a noise when i put her in the bathroom to goto bed but tonight she is going nuts. she had not made a single noise until 11:00 tonight. Is she scared or do they all do this? Should I leave a light on for her or what? I would let her roam but I wouldnt have a house left because she chews everything up. would it be better if a got her a kennal?

Why is it that the electron is kept out of the nucleus of the atom. Please don't tell me it is not an allowed energy level becasue i know that. What keeps is from falling to the nucleus and cancelling the positive charge... the electron is minus and the nucleus is plus --so ?? I don't get it .. BTW this is a college chem course so if you have a good answer i really appreciate it.

ok, having a debate with my gf. she says you aren't supposed to put tin cans in the fridge because it's bad for you, she's not sure why but her mom told her so...something about chemical reactions. I think it's a load of bunk. can someone help me out here.

I allow my children to watch T.V. after they eat dinner... around 7pm and they go to bed at 8:30. We watch approite shows for their age. The thing that angers me is when they play the horror comercials for movies. They frighten my children, and I am to the point where I want to call someone (don't know the number to FOX of hand) and tell them children do watch T.V in the evning too. I am tired of telling my children to cover their eyes every time a scary commercial comes on. Keep in mind my children are young, the oldest is 7.
I just want to know if anyone else has this problem. And what can we do about it, except for banning television from our kids. Any Ideas?

I recently found a game I loved to play back in the day but I can't get it to work on my PC. The game is called "D" and info on it can be found here: http://www.mobygames.com/game/d/

I have an XP system and I have tried to change the settings on my pc. The lowest my screen resolution will go is 800 x 600 and the game says I need it to be at 604 x 840. Does anyone know how I can make it work? Thanks.
