Why is "yo" added at the end of sentences sometimes? for example: ですよ , ありますよ,etc? What does the "yo" do and when is it appropriate to add it? Oh and also why is "ne" added at the end sometimes? for example...ですね , いますねetc...And when is it appropriate to add the "ne"?

Right now I have an html document that I'm looking to convert to a jpeg file or to a .pdf, though I realize converting to a .pdf probably involves having adobe software (which I don't, unfortunately, except the reader). Anyway, I have a map that I built on mapbuilder.net and I'm trying to get it into either of the above forms. I saved it from the internet and it went into html format. If you have any suggestions or know of a way to convert that type of file, I would really appreciate your info. Thanks.

So If you dont know I was obsessed with myspace and this woman Tracie Thoms I know what if it wasnt the real Tracie Thoms whatever that is besides the point. I realized that I was putting her before my life, I was missing class because I was going to bed late at night just seeing what is going on with Tracie, making and promoting a group I made for Tracie. But now after a few occurences I am officially giving up Myspace and Tracie and I am going to put me first. But when I am not on myspace I feel so bored and doing work makes be even more bored So how do I focus less on the computer and having fun and more on my work and bettering myslef.
