As a former female attorney (still female - no longer an attorney!) I would suggest that if at all possible you might want to look for a partner who would have a less stressful and demanding job than yourself. Most areas of law are highly demanding, stressful and demand inordinate amounts of your time. There needs to be one person (husband or wife) who is available to take care of things at home, be available to children, participate in school activities... In my family - we both had very stressful careers and it was very, very difficult. Now that we have made some changes (one being that for the time being I am not practicing law full time) life is much calmer for all of us. Of course you will end up marrying who you fall in love with. I would just recommend balance and thinking ahead about what is important to you in the family you want to create.

It doesn't matter. You should marry who ever you fall in love with. Both another lawyer or a non-lawyer could be complimentary to you.

first of all. when you get marry you should marry the person that
you love not what job she has, on less you are more concerned
with the money expect of it, since you did stated your future
goal which is good. but money is not everything.
