It seems as though everyone has gone through something huge or little in their lives that has defined them and who they are...

It's odd considering each individual views their personal suffering as so much more than somebody else's (in most cases from my own experiences)

So if we've all gone through some really hard times, why are we always hard on each other? Shouldn't our personal sufferings have taught us kindness and compassion? Isn't that the point? Or am i totally misunderstanding reality?

I have $100 deductible for vandalism, and other stuff. $500 deductible for collision. Of course, I will take car to insurance and show them the damage. But what should I expect? This is nice car, and shield needs to be replaced. '04 Corvette Convertible.

If you know, will my insurance rate go up if I file this claim to replace this heat shield?

I often get these emails where it is said that this person is suffering from some Disease and he/she does not have money to operate etc and by forwarding the email AOL/ Orkut has agreed to pay 1 paisa after each time this message is forwarded. Or Bill Gates is sharing his fortune ect.... is this possible. Sometimes i feel guilty for not forwarding a mail thinking that the person who is in need of money wont get enough. Please show me the true picture.
