Anyways what do you people think about the 49ers winning the Raiders? I'm personally a Raider fan and I think that the Raiders could of done better. No rude answers. I just want to know what you think.

So im sitting in class oneday and a black friend made a comment about my race. So i made one back at him. He seemed more offended then I did. So I ask him "whats the problem" He answers me "you can't say that my people are oppressed."
I then explained to him that my people (irish catholic) have suffered more than the africans. After all we have been persecuted for 600 years as opposed to there 250. Also, our persecution continues today. So tell me your thoughts on this subject. And if whether or not you think that people can't say things about black people.

Even HDB cannot guarantee that the transaction can finalise until 2nd appt, so why is the rush to collect commssion for something not finalised? Staff of ERA says that this is company policy, but other real estate companies don't enforce this?

i am makin' a cd for this "perfect" guy (who's into punk/rock) saying "i miss you/love you" --we have managed to keep in touch and visit eachother over the past 4 years and he has stayed by my side basically through everything... and i've been trying to find those perfect songs but i really need to buckle down within the next week or two and get the cd to him--thanks!
